IT WAS THE WORST PLACE EVER WE COULDN'T EVEN SLEEP THERE..... MY POOR DAUGHTER!!!! WE HAD TO SUFFER THEY PROMISED A REFUND. THE MANAGER WAS SUPPOSED TO COME TO OUR ROOM AT 11 PM THE KID SAYID LEFT AND ANOTHER KID DALTON TOOK OVER AND HAD NO CLUE WHAT WAS GOING ON THERE WAS URINE ALL OVER THE TOILET IN THE BATHROOM DEAD MOUSE IN THE LOBBY AND IN THE ROOM. ALSO, HUMAN BODILY FLUIDS ON THE HEADBOARD, PUBIC HAIRS ON SHEETS, AND DEAD BUGS ON SHEETS TOOK PICTURES AND CALLED IN STAFF TO SEE IT. THE FLOORS WERE DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. TV DIDNT WORK. BROKEN LIGHT IN THE BATHROOM HANGING FROM CEILING EXPOSED WIRES. PRETTY SURE THATS CODES VIOLATION.

I'm not getting anything I paid for nor an explanation why. I reserved a Queen bed smoking room for 2 nights a week in advance of my trip. What I received was a nonsmoking room with 2 full-size beds and no explanation, just weird stare from staff.

Absolutely no cleaning whatsoever! Hair and stains, crumbs and crap in the bed. DONT TOUCH THE LAMPS UNLESS YOU WANT TO CRINGE. Seriously, I wouldve paid them the $---to REFUSE to give me a room. Hope theyre shut down sooner not later, its gonna happen
