No hot water until the next day.. no hangers.. manager said let the hot water run for a while.. none until the next day.. bags of trash left outside of our door all day.. noise and talking all night

Smell of marijuana everywhere. Very old property, need maintenance and deep cleaning. Very strange weird customers were next door on both sides, loud, screaming. We didn't feel safe at all. Desk person was very kind and friendly though.

Checked in at 9:00PM Thursday August 3rd 2023. I am a truck driver and found this place. Check in Staff was very cut and dry. Walked into my room, within not even 2 minutes theres bugs crawling on my legs resting up on the bed. I immediately got up and went straight to try to get some help at the front desk. I was told to call Sat morning to speak to the manager for a refund. I then went into my into my truck $90 poorer and slept. Stay away from this place. Prime spot for people suffering with addiction to drugs. You will find one walking the parking lots, playing loud music all night,

One of our rooms had bedbugs and people in the room were severely bitten and inconvenienced by having to wash and sanitize everything they had. This was a disgusting and horrible situation. Our room had lots of knats and crickets and the furniture was beat up, not very nice. The drawers didn't close properly and the TV didn't work the first night.

My first room was a smoking room,half the lights didnt work and shower didnt work either. Plus it was so old it was stuck in the 70's. I switched rooms and it was better, but still not great. The lobby stunk like curry or some kind of funk.

Nothing most nasty dirties places Ive been no one should pay to have to sleep in that

Dirty stinks doors dont lock had to use the table to close it flies on the towels animal droppings every where no tv spider webs not even a drug user or homeless person should be allowed to be there
