The breakfast was very good and the bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
The heater, in our room, had a really bad smell. We had to keep it off and use extra blankets.

When we arrived, I had not brought my blow drier, I went and asked at front desk, they were very friendly, I had a drier in minutes. When we went to turn on TV, there was no remote, back to front desk Got one, all Good!!! Staff very friendly and nice.

The only chair that was available was the office chair at desk, I would have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in. Rearrange the breakfast counter to have everything together, I missed the waffle machine because it was not visible.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
We were woken up by the ice machine outside our room all night. A security deposit was placed on my credit card at check in. I was charged $138.90 Canadian dollars but when the charge was reversed I only received $130 back so I was out almost $9!!!!!

Positives:
Everything worked - unlike other hotels I've stayed at in the immediate vicinity. Breakfast was much better than expected too. The water in the tub/shower was could be REALLY hot if you wanted - a welcome item compared to others.
Negatives:
They were working on a new check-in software suite and there was a slight delay in getting registered but only about 10 minutes so it wasn't so bad.

The first room we were placed in had stained sheets, milk in fridge, broken TV, and just seemed like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. We were moved to a new room.

The overall layout seem well thought out to me. The location was close to where we had to go.
Negatives:
The mattress in my room was too hard for my back, we didn't sleep well this night. The ice machine on our floor was broken, with no sign on it. I had to ask the front desk folks.
