GREAT VALUE , LOCATION , STAFF !!!
Positives:
Staff was great. Room was clean enough but in bad disrepair. Bed was comfortable, nice bedding and pillows.
Negatives:
Extreme construction on the hotel. Looks like it should be closed for renovations. Looked like black mold running down the hall. Definitely should have been warned about the construction going on.

AFTER booking, was told there was construction. Hotel had ceiling tiles broken in hallway. Card activated entrance door broken and open to anyone. Smelled musty. Room was within construction area. Pool closed. Parking lot not well lit, very dirty, unsafe

Flooding from sink in bathroom. Spiders were in the shower. Not clean. Had to check out early because I we had a terrible night's sleep. Worst experience.

Very close to the highway and the staff were great.
Negatives:
The hotel is under renovations. The room itself was very clean but the hallways were disgusting. The bed springs were so broken that we had no choice but to sleep in the middle because you would just roll in. We were also charged more than what we were supposed to be.

I didn't like anything, the toilet didn't work, she bedding was never changed , there was a door that maybe led to the next door with a lock that didnt work and when I proceeded to call the front desk the phone didn't work. So I grabbed my family and went to the front desk and the employee apologized and told me he was the only one on and they didn't have a manger and he kindly refunded my money. I should of known something was strange because it didn't look like the stairs leading up staira haven't been vacuumed in months.

We stopped at Quality Inn and see awful inside and outside . The two chairs outside from room . No one on desk . We decided left for other motel . I called for asked refund money . They said ok but ask you first then call them

The room smelled horrible, the bed had Pee stains on it. There were item under the sheet from the last person who stayed there. Worst issue was there was roaches every where. I did take pictures and videos. They refused to reimburse Me had to call the police to get everything documented. Police stated they have multiple complaints from here and wouldnt even let there dog stay here

The comfort of the rooms and the beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious. My room faced the front of the property. It had a table and chair where you can do some work of need be.

I guess the room was still going through renovations because the bathroom needed more love. The toilet would sound without using it. The heat was not working very well. The television had no control.
