It was close to a lot of places nearby

The breakfast items could have been more efficiently placed to avoid lines and stuff. The tv remote also had a delayed response to the tv.

It was quiet, clean and spacious.
Negatives:
Didnt like that you couldnt find anything to take your luggage to the car, staff couldnt find any, also garbage overflow in the hallway because garbage container was too full.

Positives:
The check-in person (a woman - I don't recall learning her name) was wonderful. I checked in on Thursday afternoon, Jan. 4. Breakfast was excellent. On Saturday AM, I asked the attendant if there was pepper, and she said 'no'. A few minutes later, she showed up at my table with pepper. That was great! The bagels, eggs, coffee, etc. were very good! Room was very good! All the amenities. Parking was very convenient.
Negatives:
The room cards were flaky. They need to be kept away from credit cards and other "magnetic interference". Too bad. I had inadvertently booked too early - Jan. 3 - but booking.com wouldn't allow me to get a refund. I understand, but it was a shame, esp. because this trip was solely due to a family emergency.
