I rented the the place only fir the pool! The pool was out of service. The rest was spot on.

The locations was great for us and what we needed. The breakfast staff were very kind and accommodating. The check in clerk did her best to be accommodating.

We booked specifically for the indoor pool use only to be told it was no longer available when we arrived. The public pool offered was very busy and had limited hours. Room was smelly, dirty and the window screen was ripped open. The fridge smelled bad

Old hotel with The brand name only connection. People congregating in the parking lots. Poor plumbing. Was awakened at 1 am by someone persistently knocking on our door.

Badly cracked bathroom sink, sink wouldnt drain, toilet wouldnt flush (despite notifying front desk, this was not fixed), no toilet paper holder, saggy bed, thin walls hear all sounds in adjoining rooms, clock could not be reset despite watching the video of how to reset - time did not change at all the entire stay, poorly planned driveway and parking lot, vacuum not emptied between cleaning each room so dirty smell.

Beds NOT comfortable. Toilet very slow. Had to switch rooms due to curtains not attached and hanging by one small section. Definitely should have been noticed by housekeeping.
