The Staff was nice and accommodating. It was kept clean and i am a fanatic about cleanliness so this was a big plus for me.The area was good because it was a five minute drive from the university. The addition of breakfast was also a plus for me.
Negatives:
The door for my room was not shutting properly it was very stiff and you had to make sure to push it in really hard. There were no ice machines.

Great deal, perfect location! The hotel has been remodeled and everything looks good. The room was clean and the front desk employee was very professional and helpful. They just started serving breakfast and that adds to the value.
