Positives: i really enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of my room. the hotel was also a couple minute walk to the subway station. the front desk staff was very helpful!
Negatives: the breakfast needed to be improved significantly. i would add some sort of eggs (either boiled or omelet) in your breakfast. also the breakfast staff could be more flexible with the closing time. asking people to leave at the exact closing time was not the best idea to me. besides, the room size was quite small.

Negatives: The hotel was taken over as a city shelter, and we were never notified that we were rebooked. Hotel manager helped me find my new hotel booking, but the room I was given wasn't the same as what I booked so I had to pay out of pocket to book a 2nd room.
