Lovely vibe, good location very accessible to Manhattan, comfortable room, lovely staff
Negatives:
The first night i stayed in a noisy room. The hotel is very close to the bridge so if you are in the outside building it gets very noisy. I asked to change the room and the staff apologized for lack of availability then called back to tell me i can change the next day and they moved my things to a much quieter room which was very nice of them.

The facility was clean. The staff was super nice and helpful.

The bed was a little lopsided. The mattress was slightly sunken in on the right side in the room that I stayed in .The room was beautiful it was clean I had a balcony, which was a great addition to my stay.

Could do with a little TLC , electric fittings in bathroom hanging out,doors not closing properly,lose fitting in shower. A little maintenance and it would be great.

Balcony view and overall how room looked was good.
Negatives:
1. Every door in the hotel creaked so loud that you are bound to wake up neighbors when you walk in or out.
2. Heater/Air-conditioner was very loud.
3. No microwave in room so it was hard to go to the main lobby in a different building to warm up milk since we were travelling with a kid.
4. No vending machine in the whole building where you could atleast purchase water.
