For this location, the price is amazing given that the rooms, while small and simple, are very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Really excellent value for the money.
Negatives:
The free Wi-Fi was consistently unstable when I needed to use Zoom or FaceTime. This was very annoying as I was on a work trip and needed to meet online with colleagues back home.

The location was excellent right beside Times Square with everything you could need on your doorstep staff were lovely the bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
Security - no keycard was required for lifts so anyone could access the accommodation.
While the rooms were clean there was mould in the bathroom. 2 out of 3 lifts were not working over a weekend so it took a long time to get up to the higher floors & we had to walk down on more than one occasion. Could not control room temp & could not open a window. Hotel rooms need updating
