The rooftop bar wasn't open, that being said the staff told us to go to the hotel next door which had one and it was amazing.

The window of our room was partially blinded, behind was a backyard with large fans and other stuff (see picture). Around 9 pm a compressor was starting, producing annoying low frequency sound and vibration.
The breakfast room is by far too small for the number of guests, so the situation there in the morning was often chaotic.

We had a lovely stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. It's perfect for a short stay visit to New York. Convenient location and fabulous helpful staff - a special shout out to Nicole on the front desk, who always made us smile! We had a double room with a king-sized bed which, was very comfortable. Would stay here again.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, we did not have a room with a great view, but of course, not every room can guarantee fabulous views. Lighting in the room was also a bit dim.
