The TV was broken the whole 4 days and the staff were responsive to requests but never fixed the problem or were helpful in moving us to another room, the lobby was under construuction, there was no complimentary breakfast, the elevator in check-out was only one bc the other was used for construction, so there was over 30 min to get to the lobby

Felt more like a sleezy motel than a hotel . 2 star at best. But neighborhood/ street seemed safe. Can park on street for free between 11-7 am.
Negatives:
The package I bought said free wifi and free breakfast but the very very small lobby was under construction and front desk said there was no breakfast ever served at the hotel. Most holiday inn and hilton inn express hotels do offer a buffet.
