The snacks are a bit of a scam. They're kept at the end of the table on a sensor pad, so beware of your kids trying to take one or accidentally knocking it over!

The front desk lady who helped us checked in was very professional and friendly. Wish everyone in the hotel just like her.
Negatives:
We tried to have some drinks and foods in the restaurant, the server was rude and unprofessional. The hotel definitely need some update. Facilities are old.

Great location just a couple blocks from Time Square and from subway. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. but most of all the staff was helpful and friendly
