There was a lot of inconvenience with multiple security checks whenever we entered the hotel in the first 24 hrs. Although we received an email about it, the road was closed to traffic when we reached so we had to transport the luggage in the rain. Complimentary tea and coffee facilities were only given when we requested for them. Although a spare bed was given, no pillow or bedding was provided until we requested for them. Overall, considering the charge for the room, I was disappointed.

Air conditioner would bang extremely loudly every 30 minutes on the clock, all night long , but it was too hot in the room to sleep without it so we essentially didn’t sleep
