Great location and lovely staff!
Positives:
Hotel was relatively new and modern, location was about 2 streets away from the hustle and bustle of Macy’s, so relatively quiet. Daily housekeeping provided, with a kettle provided in the room (it was only provided upon request in the other hotel I stayed at), and shower came with a shower hose, which was more updated than the other hotels I stayed in during my North American trip. Hotel also provided refillable bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body cream.

Amazing location, stylish decor, comfortable beds, friendly staff (thanks for the cocktails Nataly, Phil and Jose!), excellent breakfasts. We knew a stay in NYC wasn’t going to be cheap - this is not a budget option - but perfect for experiencing life in the heart of the city. And the teenagers loved it!
Negatives:
The bathrooms are small - getting into the shower was a squeeze. It didn’t spoil our stay but it’s worth knowing if you’re someone who needs space!

we booked a 'deluxe' twin room with a city view but we didn't get a view, but were offered an upgrade to, apparently, a larger room which was hardly large. it did, sort of, have a view, which turned out OK but I want what I book, otherwise it is just another thing to worry about. anything smaller than we had cannot be called 'deluxe' in my view.
