Location is great, I chose this hotel specifically because of its proximity to Bryant Park. Hotel staff was pleasant and they had thoughtful features such as refillable water bottles on each floor and umbrellas any time it rained.
Negatives:
There are 2 elevators in this hotel, its just not sufficient. At some stages one of the elevators was out of service meaning we had to wait up to 15 minutes to get to our room. Leaving your room was the same, such a long wait for it to arrive and then it may be too full to get on so you wait again.

We loved the service and staff in particular. They couldnt do enough to help us. The gym is open 2; hours which was perfect for our early risers and late night teen. The opening of the 6th floor terrace was fantastic. We loved sitting there for drinks.

The only down side was our view of the library bins in the morning but we werent expecting great views as we chose to be lower down to conserve prices and spend elsewhere.
