Positives:
Good location. Coffee and Tea for free in the morning. Nice rooftop with a bar.
Negatives:
Room very very small, I had to keep my suitcase closed and standing to be able to open and close the room door. Internet was down for about a day, it caused that I had to buy extra data to be able to work in the evening and the morning from the room. The room had a loud sound every 15 minutes that woke me up in the middle of the night- after I complained they gave me a new room, which was fine (bigger) but the water pressure in the shower was that strong that hurt.

Cheap and cheerful. Good location close to Grand Central Station. Housekeeping every day with very nice staff.
Negatives:
Comfortable bed and good nights sleep. Carpet could do up with an update in the room and the stainless steel doors could do with cleaning.

WIFI wasn't as performant as I would have liked. I had a bit work to complete during my trip that required downloading large amounts of data and ended up having to rely on my phone's data plan.

The room was nice, it was small, and not entirely comfortable, but for the price is good, at least for New York prices. The location is good, you are close to grand central, and walking distance to main attractions.
Negatives:
The wi fi wasn’t very good, and the tv was kind of old and small. The bathroom is not as private as it should, i was traveling alone so not an issue, but if you are traveling with someone else, that is something to consider.
