Fantastic location! The room was surprisingly quiet. Very cool view! Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy!

The air freshener in lobby was so awful and overwhelming yuck!! The bathroom light was automatic and would shut off on you in the shower. And the depressed sheep in cages outside the elevators on room floors made us sad :-(

Location right in the middle of Times Square. Perfect.
Negatives:
Door lock did not operate..had to be replaced due to low battery. Needed to go to check in desk 3 times to get it corrected. Outside windows needed cleaning. Bathroom lighting was not 100% operational. Expected more for the price paid.

The hotel was not clean at all.
Toilets and the carpet in the room is extremely dirty.
The bed covers are supposed to be white but it loses its color and they are almost grey because of dirt.
The hotel is extremely crouded and alot of noise but that is understandable and nothing to do about this. But all the rest of the problems we had is not acceptable at all.

One member of the party guaranteed the room with credit card and then was paid by another person in full when they checked in later in the day. Later in the month the room charge was taken again from the first card. Several emails to the hotel got no response. Tried phoning but no answer.
