We loved this hotel from the minute we arrived.
Fantastic location just off 5th Avenue. Close to everything and everywhere on our itinerary for the 4 nights. Staff at main door and reception were polite and friendly throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble when we had any questions about the hotel or the area. Various different staff working and every one of them treated us the same. The room is large with plenty of space. We were given a snacks/drink credit for €40 which was a nice surprise. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Lovely big comfortable bed. A beautiful hotel inside and out. We loved we had access to the top floors to sit out on the balconies to eat and drink and take in the skyline.
