Charges to my room from the bar and restaurant that were not consumed by me or my wife. I was advised these had been removed from the bill however was then charged upon returning home. Have found this extremely difficult to resolve and it's still not, almost 3 weeks after our stay despite speaking to multiple people on the phone.

Cleaning level is very low. When I go to washroom, I found lady’s hair. Never use washroom, how they did cleaning room?? I paid total around 5000$ for 3nights. I wanna good service for this trip, so I paid. But even I paid a lot, this level service… What should I do??
