The house keepers should avoid wearing one glove to clean multiple rooms. Also, would like to see glove removed, hand wash before making the beds. These were my house keeping observation.

Unfortunately we had a very nasty experience of something disgusting under the bottom sheet. The smell was disgusting and most upsetting. We were moved rooms and given a free breakfast to compensate. We had used the hotel previously and felt really let down.
