The amenities were lacking, I am used to having a coffee or tea maker in the room since I am early riser and had to wait until Starbucks opened at 5am to get coffee. When I stayed at the Hilton, I had a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in my room. I did not eat breakfast there. I did not use the $30.00 credit, but was charged for it anyway.

Terrible experience : no sound isolation in the room and the hotel in directly on Time Square. No restaurant for the breakfast, only vouchers for a Mexican unhealthy restaurant on the ground floor, no coffee machine in the room. This is NOT a W hotel standard at all !!
