Great location - walking distance to Soho, LES, Fin Dist., Chinatown, Little Italy, and even DUMBO. Comfortable bed. Great fitness room. Fridge. Great views from higher floors. Friendly, responsive staff. Decent wifi. Price was very reasonable.
Negatives:
TV is somewhat outdated, with slow remote action. Hotel wanted $30 early check-in fee for a noon arrival. We declined but it's not customer friendly policy, and no mention of such fee is listed on the hotel's website.

Hotel location is great. The rooms with balconies have spectacular views. Rooftop bar is fantastic. Refrigerator in room, friendly housekeeping staff quick to respond if issues arise. Discounts at restaurant next door with your room key card.

The moldy shower head, rusty soap holder, tiles missing in the shower floor, soiled wallpaper. I have pictures. Loud jack hammering outside all day long. Paid an extra $30 to check in early to nap from long flight but it was soo loud in that room.
