Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

The website said this hotel offered shuttle service to the airport. It is called Candlewood Suites Syracuse Airport.
There was no shuttle service available, but I wasn’t told this until after I had checked in. Staff made no suggestions for how I was to get to the airport except to say, “There are taxis in town.”
I cancelled the room and walked across the lot to the neighboring hotel.

As soon as you walk in,your greeted with room on the left that looks like it's under construction, but then realized it's just a mess.The hallway to our room smelled like the garbage that was sitting next to a room,and was there in the morning when we went to leave.Ac blowers under the window made a hell of a racket and I shut it off.Shower head was missing so the garden hose effect wasn't too comfortable.Rooms,outdated,but comfy enough for 1 night. Dispensers in the shower were empty.

It’s not fit for this area …meaning it could be cleaner …in the gym only two machines work …the rooms are old looking …they have all types of drug users stying in the hotel ….the computers freeze …it took 45 mins to get checked in my first night …this hotel don’t belong in this nice area …
