The host was very respectful, helpful and accommodating. The initial room reserved could not accommodate the amount in our party, so the host changed our room. The new room was larger, clean, quiet and more comfortable. We did not partake in breakfast so it is not a complaint here. Overall, very satisfied with this stay.

As of this trip to Norwich I WILL NOT BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM AGAIN. Your no refund policy sucks for Emergencies. Now, Super8 Hotel we stayed at in Norwich, one The noise outside our room was like a party being held . The noise above (the room above ) people walk ng and jumping. Second My wife went outside to smoke and three people asking to bumping a smoke from her. Finding out the hotel filled with homeless people. Third we had taken our dirty clothes off a pile them on the floor and was going to the clothes in the car the next day . I rolled them up . When we got home my wife was doing the laundry and unrolled the clothes she found a mice unrolled from the clothes. I will not book with or Super8 Again!!!

It was close to where we needed to go for the weekend.

We occupied the room for approximately 4 hours before being woken up to bed bugs biting us. Hotel refused to refund us for not even sleeping in their hotel. Evidence of bed bugs in the original room and the room they offered to switch us to. Waste of $250.
