The front desk clerk are ruled , they don't know how to operate the computer. I didn't check in because they can not find my name. Even I gave them the confirmation number. Then they don't want to help at all. I had to stay in another hotel across the street. I called Booking. Com and the man told me to wait 30 minutes and I went back to the front desk, the clerk didn't want to see me. Went back to the little room behind the front desk. The manager asked me why I didn't check in. What a joke. Joke
It was the worst experience in my 60years traveling history.

Carpets need a good scrub or replaced, room had a fair share of dust on fixtures, coffee machine was extremely dirty. It took me at least 5 times through to get cleaned.
