Positives:
We liked the restaurant food was good . Staff friendly and bar area nice . The shuttle was convenient, and the driver was very friendly. The location is good . But the room itself wasn't up to par .
Negatives:
1. The fire alarm went off everyone outside in the rain .
2. The door lock didn't work , so we couldn't get it our room each time we had to go to the front deck to get help to get the card reader broken..
3. The thermostat is not working it wouldn't go lower than 75 degrees. Guy came into our room for about 30 minutes and couldn't fix it . So they gave us a small portable air conditioner. So loud it was hard to sleep and really didn't cool off the room that good . Only brought the temperature down to 73. Very uncomfortable. Asked to switch rooms. But said they didn't have another available. Won't stay here again .

Nothing. Don’t stay here if you want to us a bathroom and breathe at night.
Negatives:
When we checked in, the toilet was inoperable and we called housekeeping. This was at 1:45 and they said they would send someone up at 2 and we said we would be gone but please come in. We got back to the hotel at 8 and the toilet had not been fixed. A maintenance person had to replace all the parts in the toilet. And it’s still barely working and running nearly constantly. The room temp is 76 and despite changing the setting to cool it has not gone down and the hvac unit sounds like a broken car muffler. I made a video but it won’t post. This may be one of the worst hotel stays I have had in a long time.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and had a good sense of humor. The rooms were large and very clean as was the air in the room (i didnt need to use the air cleaner I bring with me to hotels). Bed was very comfortable! Location was a not far from anything and shuttle was always available. Parking was plentiful at hotel.

The only thing I didn't like were the negative reviews I read prior to stay.

The rooms are dirty, there is mold all over the window, the carpet is filthy. There are no proper sheets on the bed. They have a duvet cover in between 2 sheets. The heater is filthy.
