We had no water sat, the sun morning woke up to no cold water. Couldn't use the shower or toilet sun. Restaurant doesn't open until 5pm so no place to get food. We were there for a dart event and it was a poor experience.

we were told it would be fixed on Friday, Saturday we were told it would be fixed or we would be moved , Sunday still nothing and we were not moved

Very Clean, concierge Liam, was very patient & helpful. There was some error/confusion at check-in with booking. Encountered staff was helpful, pleasant, and cheerful. Bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
Elevator was a bit complicated. Unpredictable, at how to operate/configure the digital pad. Was stuck for a brief moment. Again error at booking.
