It was the worst experience I have ever encountered The first night was absolutely awful the room had not been cleaned smell like cigarettes and urine from maybe a animal.
Service was not acceptable by no means.
Was told that we would get new room the second night.
Not any better in the shower there was a crack and we had roaches joining us.

The worst hotel experience I've...
Positives:
No breakfast! Area had a B- rating. Area closed.
Negatives:
No tv, microwave, coffee. Bedspreads had many cigarette burns. Ceiling in bathroom was moldy, cigarette burns on bathtub. Room was previously a smoking room and was stinky. Windows dirty. Had to ask for lightbulbs.

rooms are so outdated, i could see the outside between the closed door and door frame. There was cock roaches and im not sue yet but it is possible that the bed has bed bugs, when i pulled the sheet and sheet protector back is seen tiny black dots. now i am itching and it hasn't been 24 hours since i checked out. i did not know why i was put in a handicap room ? the shower head support was broken so i wash and soap up holding it . The WiFi did not work half the time and i only stayed there 6 hours ! And the room across the parking from my room they was a cars pulling up a guy came out of the room was selling drugs. Also i drove by the hotel 3 times before i figured out where it was do to a poorly lighted sign.
