Very nice corner room with fantastic view of mountains. Good parking area for downtown Asheville. It was 15.00 per day, but worth it. Great rooftop bar.

My reservation was not there when I arrived. Apparently, it was Bookings fault- my first and last name had been transposed so there was no one by my name registered. Luckily, I had my reservation number

They forgot to clean our room (housekeeping) on Saturday morning. Also brought us up towels but not extra coffee for the next day or waters. I spoke to them several times but stated that housekeeping had left for the day.

Beautiful property! Close walking distance...
Positives:
Location was great! My husband and I used the shuttle service to find places to eat and watch live music. Then we walked back after. Roof top restaurant had an amazing view. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Next time we go to Ashville, we will stay at the Hilton Garden Downtown.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful location, at the intersection of two main roads in town, and near the interstate. Great breakfast at really good prices. Parking just outside the front door. Spacious room with comfortable bed.
