Breakfast was amazing, liked the variety of items at breakfast bar. The room was very clean, the pullout part of the sofa was a little uncomfortable, but overall great experience. The pool is a great option for kids.

Our stay was great and...
Positives:
Front desk staff was awesome! We enjoyed being greeted by Rob when we came back to the hotel each evening. He was wonderful and gave us some great restaurant recommendations! Loved that our large room was refreshed each day - hard to find in this post-Covid world! Since the elevator was a bit slow, we took the stairs exclusively during our stay. They were brightly lit and CLEAN - no scrapes or scuffs on the walls. The whole property seemed very well cared for. Breakfast was good with a bit of variety each day of our 7 night stay. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and well stocked. We used the laundry facilities and found them to be clean and in good working order!
Negatives:
Would have loved a muffin or pastry in addition to the bread/bagel selection for breakfast. The location of the hotel wasn’t super walkable, but it was convenient to the Parkway, downtown, and several restaurants. The room could have used a few additional pieces of artwork and some updated lampshades (room #315).

The facility was clean and well kept. Good location.
Negatives:
Transparency of the pet fees. Website says may be a fee and upon arrival found the fee to be 100 dollars. More than the room fee. To cancel would have cost the room price. May should not be advertised.
