The receptionist was very polite and nice

The first room we got the floor was moldy all over had to ask for a different room. That room was better but could have been cleaner. When going down for breakfast there was a note on the door that someone would be back but no one came back and there was no breakfast.

Getting to hotel was a bit convoluted due to road construction but that should clear up once finished.
