Positives:
The hotel breakfast staff yelled at me for cooking four pieces of toast and sticking them in two at a time. She saw it and told me to get up and to take them out before it got clogged and made a big scene and then never apologized for it.

My previous stay at Hampton Inn Benson was horrible they have charged me $---. They charged me $---. $98.33 and $99.33. They say that $98.33will fall off and was for a hold and stated that when I checked in it was just $1.00 for incidentals. Fraud
