Negatives: Room was dirty. Tv would only play 5 channels none of the hdmi ports worked. Reserved a king bed for 2 adults was given a full wasn't informed till I got in the room. Only had 2 pillows, told they WOULD NOT give me another. Couldn't get a plug for the tub

Negatives: The door didn't lock. The bathroom door was broken. There was writing on wall and the receptacles wouldn't hold the plug inside it we left a day early and they refused to refund that day..

Negatives: I didnt like the fact when I showed up to check in I waited at the window for five minutes. Plus I called and this lady picked up I told her I was there to check in and she said very rudely Im in the bathroom and hung up on me. So I went back to the car to wait. About 3 minutes later I see moving around in the office so I go back inside and wait at the window. She was sitting at the desk looking at me. After 2 minutes she gets up and comes to the window didnt say a word just stared at me. I then said my name and I had a reservation. She turned to the computer looks up my name and then goes to the desk grab a piece of paper looks at it and types something in the computer then turns to me and said your card was declined o told her because its locked and Im paying in cash. She smacks her teeth and exhaled hard then goes back to doing something in the computer. I then slide my money and Id through the slot and waited she then says it will be $61.46 she grabs my money. Handed me some to sign and gave me my key. I asked do you mind if you walk with me to check the room out before I get it she said we dont do that here. So Im in the room for about 3 hours then get a phone saying I need to come and pay for the room before check out time. I was confused because I had already paid I said maam I already paid in cash and she said that my employee said that you refused to pay the $20 deposit for the non smoking room. She said you said you wasnt paying that and walked off. I got upset packed up my stuff and went to the office. I talk to the manager I think and she said the same thing she said to me on the phone so I stopped her from further lying on me . I said I dont like being lied on and your employee lied and said that I refused to pay a $20 fee she never told me about and I will not be back here. Im ready to check out she was like no no Im so sorry I shouldve checked the video before I even called you.

Negatives: Rundown, too many permanent residents, bare minimum amenities, highway noise, tv didnt work the first night, small pillows, noisy bed

Negatives: Building lack proper maintenance, grass was overgrown , bathroom floor was sinking in . All buildings were dilapidated. Alot of living in folks that sat in groups outside smoking

Negatives: The room was not clean. Burn holes in the sheets, room smelled like smoke, bugs , there was a broken CRACKPIPE on my floor. They couldnt give me another room and refused to refund me. I was there less then an hour and found a different hotel to go to.

Negatives: Price

Negatives: The beds were very uncomfortable, the Air Conditioner made a lot of noise. The Tv wouldnt connect to the fire stick. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

Negatives: Hotel was run down, trash all around outside, dirty and worn down front door, cigarette burns on bed spread , curtains and tub - even though I was charged an extra $20 cash at check in for a non- smoking room.
