The lobby and room were beautiful. The breakfast was good.
Negatives:
I felt like the staff could've been friendlier. I'm a Hilton Honors member and they weren't able tell me the day before if early check in was a possibility. After leaving me on hold over 10 mins. Then when I called back once I landed and they explained early check in would cost $75 which is outrageous! Lastly, when I did check in the guest agent didn't smile, wasn't courteous or friendly. I had to double check the room information because she didn't even tell me room number.

I wish they would serve breakfast at 6am or 6:30am on weekends. My son was there for a swim meet at TAC, & we had to be up early for prelims. We missed the amazing breakfast.

The bathroom needs a refresh. The vent fan didnt work, the shower had a constant drip and showed obvious signs of wear, and the toilet had a small leak at the base as well.

I loved all the conveniences that were comparably priced, dinner and lunch meals. I didn't have to leave the hotel to get a good meal. I especially liked the Omelet Station and all the other hot food options that were included in the free breakfast. The grits was superb! Friendly accomodating staff at the front desk, servers and addtional facilities staff we encountered were great! I hope I can find the same degree of satisfaction at another Hilton Embassy Suites in another city when I travel.
