Staying at any Aloft is always a memorable experience. This property's location was ideal, as it was just 15 minutes from downtown and Carowinds, and 10 minutes from the airport. Panera Bread, Starbucks, and Chipotle are all within easy walking distance. The check-in/check-out process was simple, and the staff was quite helpful. You can truly turn it into a mini vacation!

My stay wouldve been just fine. Its a nice hotel

I didnt like the fact that my situation was handle so unprofessionally. I paid up front travel hours just so they can tell me they dont accept my card . They dont have it posted no where on what type of cards they dont accept. So I found out only when I arrived. Didnt even try to reason with me or nothing. Its like they didnt have no care in the world. Its like I was being punished for something I didnt know about . I had to book another hotel last min that accepted my card. So my refund which the booking was non refundable but given my situation I figured they would make an exception for me. Call booking so they can send the email to them so I can get it back. Next day call for the manager was told she responded back to the email called booking they say didnt receive nothing. So as today I havent received any call or email regarding my refund even though booking sent another email to them.
