Negatives: We booked two rooms with 2 QUEEN beds in each, and one room had significantly smaller beds than the other. The manager on duty told me that it wasnt his issue even when I showed him the booking on their Hilton app. Rooms were dirty. Faulty elevator door.

Positives: I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was great and pleasant. They always greeted me with a smile and the respect they showed us as guest was first class. Excellent customer service and hotel.
Negatives: There was nothing about the hotel I didn't like. The traffic light sequence leaving and coming to the hotel sucked. It created unneccesary traffic, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Negatives: There was no water to purchase. We arrived late in the night and they didn't even pick up the call to have the airport shuttle come to pick us up. We had to order an Uber.The staff was rude and arrogant. The first room they gave, the flush was not working

Positives: When I was done dealing with the person who checked me in! And finally in my room after a hour later then check in time . The hot water was great. The server in the breakfast area was friendly
Negatives: The second shift lady needs to learn how to speak to guest! And learn also learn which rooms have what things in them by room type. Ac was loud.

Positives: The location was nice it was close to the highway and stores that were convenient for buying things.
Negatives: About half of the staff were very pleasant but the other half were not welcoming during my stay. Also my room was a big out dated the bathroom was old and around the toilet it was dirty. My phone in my room did not work so I had to use my cell phone.

Positives: Location not far from the event venue we were attending. Neat and clean room. Comfortable beds.
Negatives: 1) Advertised "free parking"; however, there was a $10/day parking fee. 2) Absolutely no water pressure in the shower. 3) Ice machine did not work on my floor (4th). Would have chosen another hotel strictly based on #1. The other two were inconveniences.

Positives: The hotel was 15 minutes from where the event was we arrive late and we was able to get a late check out. The staff was polite. We got fresh new towels if I will go back to Charlotte North Carolina I will be staying there again.
