The staff was nice as possible there hands were tied. However booking has failed to return any of my emails regarding situation. Really upsetting ! I specified NO STEPS and there were several steps to go into check-in and steps to get in and out of room. I'm dealing with an injury and can't use steps. I also was told NO pet fee and they charged me $50 for 2 pets. NO pet fee is one of the reasons I chose to stay there.
