Breakfast was okay and room was clean.
Negatives:
At the price point I expected a decent quality room. Bottom door lock of room 128 didn't work so we didn't feel safe. Blinds didn't function properly so we had to try to get some sleep with lights from outside glaring into room. It was not a good night. Bathroom was also quite small with sink outside by front door.

Due to being understaffed some of the breakfast offerings were unavailable for guests. Eggs were empty and I had to tell worker apple juice machine was dispensing just water. Both were refilled but guests should not be inconvenienced in the morning this way! It was not the workers fault…she was also covering the front desk. Please provide adequate staff to provide services for your paying guests!

Fire alarm at 4am. No communication from facility staff. Fire was caused by fire in oven in kitchen. No conversation from front desk as to what happen, or even apology for inconvenience. What bothered me was a conversation overheard the day before. Staff conversing with front desk. "I'm not cleaning it now, my day is done and I'm leaving" at which time she walked and front desk person addressed us.

The staff was very nice and helpful.
Negatives:
The room clean for the most part but there was obscure stains all around the room-on the chair, comforter, and even the carpet. And the bamboo dish for the soap although good design-was not very sanitary when trying to keep things clean. Breakfast was good but there was not much variety. My husband was also a bit disappointed in how small the muffins were. We did enjoy our stay but there were a few blips in the road. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
