Whole hotel smelled like wet dog! Had roaches in the room. Dog pee in elevator. And when I told front desk all they said was sorry to hear that! Worst experience ever!

This has evolved to a third world facility. Most of the staff speak very poor (if any) english and are not trained in the standards of American institutions. If you expect/desire the "normal" hotel standards look elsewhere and avoid being disappointed

Strange billing system! Supposedly the 50 will be refunded? I dropped a controlled access key by accident in the parking lot and as a courtesy they would not mail back to me unless I sent a postage-paid envelope. Tempted to cancel future trips booked.

I stay her quite alot, always the same king suite (not same exact room). The room I had this time was very small for a king suite (221), As well as the pull out mattress being very uncomfortable.
