Positives:
The room was absolutely perfect! Free guest laundry facilities and daily breakfast was the cherry on top.
Negatives:
The only issue I had was that there was only one washer working. Also the maintenance man just walked into my room without knocking, which made me a little uneasy.

The rooms need a lot of cosmetic fixes. Bathroom, kitchen, living area have a lot of blemishes. For the amount I paid per night those bathrooms should be walk-in showers. This hotel is our go to when we stay in Chapel Hill for our daughters hospital stays, but we may be looking else where from now on.

Very clean, great breakfast, comfortable bed, helpful staff.
Negatives:
We had a hard time adjusting the heat in our room (thermostat didn't seem very responsive) but that was just a minor thing as it wasn't too cold. They also charge a $75 pet fee which is standard but I wish they'd charge a refundable deposit instead.
