My room was infested with bedbugs and roaches! I went to the front to see about changing rooms and they refuse to change my room. I cannot stay in it! I tried to sleep in the lobby and they will not allow me to do so either! By far the worst experience I ever had with dealing with a hotel. I have pictures supporting this issue.

The room was supposed to be a pet friendly, and the rug smelled like urine. There were cobwebs and dead spiders on the corner of the windows. One of the bed the sheets had urine stains on it? The toilet didn’t work without a plunger.

not a thing went well, and the customer sservice was just awful

i was supposed to get a non smoking room. when i opened the door i almost passed out from the smell of smoke. there were hairs on the bed that were not mine. I left the hotel at 3 am i never took off my shoes that is how dirty the room was. I asked for another room and was told there were no more pet rooms. Sure as I think the hotel was being used as a welfare hotel with tons of people walking around with huge laundry baskets. I have been a club memeber of Best western for 34 yrs. I will NEVER set foot in another one of your hotels again. I am still fighting to have the charge of $15 removed.

fast check in/out. Clean room and pretty comfy bed and pillows. Good location.
At first we had a room with strong smoke smell, but after we asked on the reception room been changed very quick and been good.

Close to my destination, Room was a decent size and TV service was good, offered more channels than most hotels.
Negatives:
My room was a ground floor room on the end, it smelled like mold/mildew inside the room, could definitely use a paint job as the wall near bathroom has rust stains on it and lastly, I killed several roaches in my room. I ended up keeping my personal items in my car so that I did no bring those nasty insects into my home. It's more likely than not that I WILL NOT stay here again.

The staff was friendly. They couldn't find out reservations so they just did it while we was there.
Negatives:
I didn't like the fact that they had roaches. I mean a lot of roaches. There was one just sitting on the bed like he belonged there. One was crawling on the pillows. One to many for me.
