Everyone at the front desk was helpful competent, welcoming as were the kitchen and cleaning staff.
The building is very well maintained - the front area has a feeling of space and light and is welcoming, my room was very clean and quiet and private. The location is central and very easy to get to.
Negatives:
Breakfast could use a few more healthy options for vegans - i.e. vegan, no sugar bran or blueberry muffins or vegan yogurt.

Put in a room with just mattress cover no sheets then put in another room no towels and found out hair dryer did not work after washing hair and having night clothes on. Front desk did not have hair dryer but offered that I could go across the hall to use the hair dryer in that room. I was not going across the hall with my night clothes on. Was just a mess!!

The room spelled like cigarettes, cars were being worked on out in the parking lot. Staff that checked us in was rude. Also I had called to get military discount they said they would credit my account when I got there and they never did
