Both breakfast and location were fine.
Negatives:
Room 326. Exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. A/C did not work on auto. Tv remote would not control the volume. Room did not have any towels, wash clothes or bath mate Office only had two towels on hand no wash clothes or bath mate.

We paid upon chech in. The room smelled very bad and the curtains were shredded. We gotanother room and it smelled better but the sheets were stained and there was blood on the dust ruffle. We canceled and went to another hotel. It took 10 days for refund

The room they moved us to smelled slightly better but there were stains on the sheets of one bed and blood stains on the dust ruffle of the other bed. Worst hotel experience of my life

Needs upgrading badly. Carpet in the hallways and buckled and are a tripping hazard. We stayed in the same room on two separate occasions in the last month and the toilet still wobbles. Sink was stopped up and no maintenance on the weekends

The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was better than I expected.

This property needs a major upgrade. The carpet is old and buckling. The pool is empty with broken umbrellas and chairs here and there. There are "out of order" signs on the drink machine and the ice machine. The walls are dirty and desperately need painting in the rooms. There are no towel rods or hooks in the bathroom.

Vending machines out of order, pool drained and closed, fitness center out of order, carpet in hallway had huge wrinkles that are a tripping hazard. Electrical issue with lobby lights flashing on and off.

Stayed at the same hotel two years ago and it was great. Seems to have gone downhill quite a bit since that stay.
Positives:
Breakfast and location were wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The pool was emptied and not functioning when we stayed in July. Unless I missed it somewhere, I was not notified this would not be open and was a big reason why we chose the hotel in the first place.
