Days Inn by Wyndham Hendersonville

Negatives: They advertise that breakfast is included just to get bookings. They DO NOT SERVE ANY BREAKFAST. They just refer you to local fast food restaurants. The bed linen was dirty looking and there were human hairs on the pillows. We had to leave and find another place to stay. The receptionist said they the owner was aware that people complained about the false advertisement. She gave me a number to call for a refund but it was a disconnected number. When I came back she hid while one of the cleaning staff told me she’d be back in an hour. As I drove off I could see her watching us leave.

Negatives: The room was nasty trash all over floor still trash in trash cans shower was bit hit at all & 5 police cars showed up because some guy was beating the day light out of this poor girl she was screaming. It was all out terrible

Negatives: I arrived at the hotel at 1am, there was no one there at the front desk. There was a note that read press bell or call 828-699-7045 Thanks Management. I pressed the door bell button and it said no one available. Then called the number a lady answered and asked if I had a reservation. I told her yes and started to tell her all my information from my reservation. I had to repeat myself several times and she keep saying I didn’t have a reservation. I told her several times I booked it throw booking.com. She said hold on she had to find it. This goes on for 12 mins. She says she found my reservation on booking.com but no on her side. She says she can get me a room and that I can get it for the same price as on booking.com. Then she tells me to take a picture of my driver license and my credit card and text them to her so she can finish my booking. When I questioned her about what she was asking for she says sir very secure I’m doing your reservation the another lady will come get me my keys. I told her that I was not going to text pictures of my drivers license and my credit card to anyone. She could come to the desk and run the on the machine. She said she had to do the reservation then another lady would give me my keys to send the pictures. I told her no that I was not going to send any pictures. An I discussed the call.

Negatives: There was one manager who charged me twice for the room so all together was $230 when I went to front to discuss she wouldn’t hear anything I had to say until I just handed her paperwork showing what I was trying to tell her. Now I had already had a really bad week and was just passing through but it was like everyone was just so dang mean.

Negatives: Room was never cleaned prior to our arrival. Blankets didn’t smell clean. There was urine and feces on the toilet seat from previous guest. Floors were dirty. Razor in shower from previous guest.

Negatives: The decor was dated. The beds were uncomfortable and the linens felt scratchy. I had to go to the front desk to get a hairdryer. The staff was very helpful though and I appreciate them working on Christmas so I could work at a local nursing home
