The hall door key pass does not work so anyone can come in and out. (You just open the door) The sliding glass doors to the outside exit were not using the keypass til the night time (we found out & then couldnt get in) so people were coming in and out w/o key cards...
There werent any issues, just could cause problems later... (not very secure)
There were leaves all over the hall floor for 2 days... I just wanted to sweep them up!
Had to go 2x i think to reactivate out cards. We only stayed 1 night, but it didnt work in the early AM, it didnt work in the evening.. had to walk all the way around to the lobby to get in. Kind of aggravating.
Staff was very kind to fix it, just aggravating for me.

The location to Lenoir Rhine, and my son Department – it’s right in the middle so locations perfect. It’s consistently comfortable.
Negatives:
There’s inconsistencies with the condition of the rooms. The random locations are exactly that, very random. You might get an inside room where your window looks out into the hallway, or rooms where I’ve had to go upstairs and around and then down and then back around, some rooms are in better shape and condition while others have noticeable water damage

Lack of electric receptacles.
No hair dryer in room and staff did NOT make an attempt to find one. Staff said not every room had a hair dryer because there was a shortage.

Commode like a childs. Wife caught vaginal infection. So low to the floor, very little clearance between water level and butt. If commodes were higher would get a very high rating.
