Nothing Nobreakfast. I had to ask for complimentary coffee and tea. The room was dirty. No silverware in the room. I found out they were in dishwasher. Dried blood on pillow I had to exchange it. No ice was told they would make some. Arrived much later. Lounge chair was broke they replaced it with the same chair. They were to email my receipt. I have yet to get it. I asked to dpeak to the manager and only person at the desk didn't speak english.
Negatives:
Clean the room.Take an inventory of the room before renting it to make sure all amenities are there. Follow through with things. If you say you'll mail the invoice, do so.
Article soiled with body liquids should be discarded.

Negatives:
Although this place was convenient for the location to attend local event in/around the area. There were cockroaches all around the hotel room we stayed in. (Including in the dishwasher, cabinets, behind the bed board etc.) Very unhygienic and an uncomfortable place to stay because of this. Although I understand every nook and crevice cannot be cleaned with a fine-tooth comb, when having a kitchenette in the hotel room, it is vital that it be thoroughly cleaned of crumbs/residue to prevent said issues.
