I did like the price.
Negatives:
There's people staying there that I believe are secret peeping on other hotel guests. My privacy was invaded exponentially and I will be notifying the local news and law enforcement.

I didn’t like that I was given a outside room. When I asked about changing to an inside room an option wasn’t given. House keeping never came to change sheets, take out trash , or clean in general. Most of the lightening did not work. Upon departure hotel staff knocked on the door and said I need to leave. No consideration or politeness was given

Dirty. Ice machine was broke. I guess the vacuum was broke too. NO EXTRA TOWELS!! What?? No blanket. 1 washcloth for 2 people!! TV remote control didnt work.

The staff: extremely UNHELPFUL, did NOT make our stay comfortable, didn't know what he was doing. Room dirty bed VERY soft, "like a marshmallow" soft. The freeway noise outside our window was very loud. Breakfast was almost non existent. Bad experience!

I did not like anything about this hotel. This hotel was so dirty and gross. I ended up sleeping in my car. The toilet did not even work and they obviously knew there was a problem because there was a plunger next to the toilet. I have photos to show.

I would never stay there again .I ask for a late check out and they wanted to charge me for an hour there was no one there and they had some creepy guy in the parking lot filiming cars and never called the police....The worst..

My stay was peaceful and...

Bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Fridge was broken and the lady tried to get smart and say "fridge been working and all of a sudden it doesn't work". Well ma'am, it doesn't work. My baby milk is warm and the freezer part is melting. I mean why would I lie...her attitude about it was uncalled for and she was getting smart. The breakfast was nasty, just didn't look clean either.

Positives:
The hotel was a good deal budget-wise, and was very close to the activities I traveled to do. Staff were reasonable and amenable, and I appreciated 24:7 concierge availability.
Negatives:
The hotel room cleaning seemed rushed, the towels did not seem new, they just seemed like the last guests' unused towels. One of the trash cans still had another guests' trash, which led me to question whether they even changed the beds.
