Fuel pump went on our vehicle while pulling a new travel trailer, we needed a place to stay while the vehicle was fixed, the manager who is a really nice man allowed us to check in at 10am even though check in was 2pm. Told the manager that our new travel trailer was in the Kenly truck stop and he offered to go over and bring it to the hotel parking lot so it was safe. if your looking for the four season resort it may not be a place for you. If your tired and need a safe clean place to stop this will be a pleasant spot.

Booked through the booking app which didnt say anything about a $50 holding fee for cleaning, room is uncomfortably clean.. towels and rags looked like they werent washed with soap and sink clogged instantly. Plus no breakfast versus other hotels with breakfast and same price.

There was a shelf in the room that fell on my 10 year old son's head, the refrigerator did not work. The man at front desk was completely rude when you addressed any problems or asked for clean towels. The maids did not clean rooms or bring clean towels.

I had just lost my wallet after making and paying for this staywhen I went to check in I told him I just lost my wallet but wld show proof of my id from my phone and still wasnt good enough. And wldnt give me a refund or anything
