Poor service. Dirty floor and windows. Only one elevator and it didnt work sometimes. Stopper in sink broken. Shower/tub unsafe without nonslip surface. Water shut off for repairs for at least an hour. Couldnt reach front desk from the room.

I'm not a picky person. It was on the beach and clean. Exactly what I wanted. The manager is great. I am actually here now for 2 days. Will stay everytime I come here.

Nothing about the hotel perse. Just some of the patrons bothered me. I think maybe locals.some don't like tourists.

Staff sat in their car all night playing music as loud as possible, tub wouldn't drain, hair all over everything, everything was rusted, just disgusting.

feces dots the size of quarters smashed into floor . Walls and doors filthy with greasy handprints . Chair and table was filthy . bathroom vent was clogged with dirt and dust particles and black mold several areas on walls

Yes, they use a kiosk for check in with a person somewhere overseas. Very hard to get to speak to a real person.

The location is superb. Right on the water, close to a gas station and small market. Bed was very comfortable and the sheets & towels were very nice.

Front desk personnel was rude when I got there in the evening. The electronic check-in system is annoying and impersonal. The walls in the room & bathroom were dirty. The outer hallway was dirty.

It was oceanfront HOWEVER, to see the ocean, you had to be on the 3rd floor.
Negatives:
People were leaving because their room was moldy smelling on the 3rd floor. Our room was on the 2nd floor and was ok. It had no moldy smell (I have asthma), there was NO carpet on floor (very cold), small square bed pillows (throw pillow size), hallways & stairwells were dark, old, dirty and smoky smelling.
